Delivery option & time

The delivery option and time is depending on each of the vendors. Please check the delivery page for more information.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns & exchanges policy is depended on sales stores policies. (At this stage in May 2020, all stores have the same returns & exchange policy. However, this could changes when the number of stores has increased. We will announce when this takes place to change.)

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email or contact form within 3 days and the return has to be made within 7 days after receipt of goods. You have two option to return or exchange an item:

1. Delivery by shop van
We can pick up your return or exchange items on your next scheduled delivery day.

2. Drop Off at Local store
Items purchased online can be returned at your local store with proof of purchase. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

Change of Mind Returns​:
Due to food safety reasons, we are NOT able to Change of Mind Returns after delivery. However, you may;
– contact us and amend your order if it’s before one day before delivery time, or
– return items at the delivery – Please tell our delivery staff. (Shop van delivery only)

​​Faulty Returns​:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the items are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re very sorry! We will either refund or exchange for the item. We will not charge a delivery fee for the exchanged item.

Out of Stock

We will try our best to manage our stock in a high level. However, the stock could be run out when orders have been placed by customers. In this case, we will contact customers and refunds the almond to the credit card for the item. Please note refunds process could take 1 ~10 working days depending on the bank.

Cancellation Policy

1. Delivery by shop van

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to your store by email or contact form before one day before delivery. For cancellation, after order one day before delivery date will charge $22 extra posting fees

2. Drop Off at local shop

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to your purchase shop by email or mail form. If the order doesn’t get picked up within 2 weeks of your order confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled and an administration fee of $22 will be charged.
